[International Day of Happiness – March 20] Virtual-Physical Connection: PSA Happiness Initiative in Full Force!

“Happiness is not about how much we have, but how much we cherish what we already possess.”

🫶 In recognition of the International Day of Happiness on March 20, the PSA Charity Foundation, in collaboration with the Taiwan Friendly Workplace Association, launched a hybrid happiness initiative. From an energetic on-site flash event at HannStar Board to online declarations from all employees, we jointly witnessed the most beautiful scene in a friendly workplace: the smiles on every colleague’s face.

🎁 On-site Happiness Station: Joy with You, Gifts of Happiness!
On March 18, we set up a “Happiness Station” at the HannStar Board facility. Colleagues working tirelessly day and night took a five-minute “happiness break” to recharge. Everyone focused on writing down small moments of happiness in daily life and posted heartfelt cards on the Happiness Wall. Carefully selected support gifts carried sincere appreciation for our colleagues. What they received was more than a gift—it was a sense of belonging and being valued.

📱 Online Engagement: Capturing Our Moments of Happiness
The most touching outcome of this initiative was transformed into a large “Happiness” word cloud. The most prominent keywords—“happiness,” “family,” “peace,” “health,” “joy,” and “work”—deeply reflect how employees define happiness. From family trips and welcoming pets at home to working side by side with like-minded colleagues, every story reminded us that happiness is always close to us.

❤️ A Friendly Workplace, Love at PSA
We firmly believe that “happy employees are the most creative.” Through these hybrid activities, we hope every colleague feels that at PSA, every effort is recognized and every emotion is treated with care and respect.

We sincerely thank every colleague who shared their stories and happiness moments. Let us continue to carry this positivity and smile, and create even more meaningful moments together within the PSA family.
